Returns

If you happen to have issues with our products please contact us first at cs@mail.glowten.com to arrange the return process.

We would require the order #, your full name and email address to verify the product ordered.

We have a 30-day money back and return policy. If many days has passed after that, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. This does not include shipping costs unless Glowten sent out damaged or defective items. Glowten will be responsible for return shipping fees if this is the case. 

In some instances we could only offer you a partial refund if any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts. And or if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, we reserve the right to deny or offer partial refund.

Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned items in the condition it was shipped. Please note that we will only refund the cost of the items and not any shipping costs unless the items were sent defective or damaged. If the buyer changes their mind or made a mistake, the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Glowten will only refund the cost of the items.
